Cancellation Policy

Adventure Packages:

• 25% cancellation fee on the total invoice value for cancellations, and 10% applicable for one-time postponement requests raised before 30 days of the event date.
• 50% cancellation fee on the total invoice value for cancellations, and 20% applicable for one-time postponement requests raised 10 days before the event date.
• 75% cancellation fee on the total invoice value for cancellations, and 40% applicable for one-time postponement requests raised 5 days before the event date.
• 100% cancellation fee on the total invoice value for cancellations, and 70% applicable for one-time postponement requests raised less than 5 days before the event date.

Accommodations:

• 25% cancellation fee on the total invoice value for cancellations, and 10% applicable for one-time postponement requests raised before 30 days of the event date.
